Additionally, one of Wrike’s most valuable components is the Dashboard. Why? As you can see, it lets users view their individual to-do lists and the projects their teams are working on. As I’ve already mentioned, the project dashboard in Wrike is an excellent tool for keeping tabs on the current status of your team’s work and individual contributions. But how exactly does Wrike’s dashboard function, and how exactly will it aid you in keeping tabs on your team’s productivity?
In the image above, you can see several widgets that display various statistics about the status of tasks and projects and the profiles of those working on them. These dashboard widgets allow you to see at a glance whether tasks have been prioritized, are presently being worked on, or have passed their due date, as well as which team members are working on each task.
What is the significance of the six widgets shown in the first image? Well, it signifies a particular stage of the initiative. Here’s a good thing. There are many options for customizing the Dashboard to your needs, but we’ll use the available data for now.
As you can see, the first phase is the My Task widget, which allows you to view your tasks. This is followed by the Overdue Task widgets, enabling you to see the overall number of overdue tasks, which the assignee is, and whether the task belongs to a specific project.

On top of that, the Dashboard displays an accurate percentage of the overall project completion rate. While observing the percentage process, you might use that time to devise a strategy for accelerating the progress of one specific Project if it is a high priority.
All of the tasks and projects displayed in the various widgets can be clicked on to learn more about them; for instance, if you find that one Project is moving more slowly than others, you can use this feature to inquire from your team in the comment section regarding the causes of the delay. With this information, you can work with your team to devise a plan to address the issue. It’s more like keeping an eye on things and working closely with your team.

Wrike Reports Features
Wrike’s reporting features make it simple to get a visual representation of your work, providing you with relevant and accurate information for managing your company. With this, you don’t need to use irregular, hand-gathered updates to figure out how a specific task or Project is going.
Clicking on a template, picking a set of projects or a set of folders, and applying some filters are all it takes to get started.
To explain, you can use this tool to evaluate the results of any campaign, launch, or new initiative. The Reports function allows for data-driven strategic planning and clear insight into completed tasks.
Creating reports in Wrike is straightforward; select a template, project, folder, and additional filters. Wrike also allows you to build custom reports if you wish to make your own.
For example, you might want a report that lists all past-due tasks. Select the Overdue Task by Assignee template. Following that, you must add certain filters, such as Location, which allows you to choose which space has access to your report; Data Source, which helps you to identify the data source in your report, which might be from a project, folder, or space; and Users or Groups, which allows you to specify a specific person or team to see the overdue task.

The third column is for the task’s due date, while the fourth and final one shows the Project or folder to which the task belongs.
